Strawberry Icebox Pie

Looking for a sweet, refreshing dessert? This Strawberry Icebox Pie is the perfect no-bake treat to cool off with! It’s creamy, fruity, and oh-so-delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 can of Strawberry Pie Filling or 1 cup fresh diced strawberries (add 1/4 cup sugar for fresh)
  • 3 1/2 tsp dry Strawberry Jello
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and Cool Whip by hand until fluffy.
  2. Add dry strawberry Jello and mix well.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and mix until the mixture thickens.
  4. Gently fold in strawberry pie filling or fresh sugared strawberries.
  5. Scoop the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
