Strawberry Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6–8 bananas, sliced
  • 1 container strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (or sweetened whipped cream)

Directions:

  1. Line a 13×9-inch dish with vanilla wafers and sliced bananas.
  2. Prepare the pudding by mixing milk and pudding mix until smooth.
  3. Blend cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until creamy. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Layer the pudding over bananas and strawberries, repeat layers, and finish with vanilla wafers on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving.
