Cinnamon Roll Cake

Looking for a sweet, warm dessert to satisfy your cravings? This Cinnamon Roll Cake is the perfect mix of soft, gooey goodness and cinnamon swirl magic!

Ingredients:

Bottom Layer:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Top Layer:

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the bottom layer, then pour it into your pan.
  3. Beat the ingredients for the top layer and drop spoonfuls over the batter.
  4. Swirl with a knife to create the cinnamon-y goodness!
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!
  6. While baking, mix the glaze ingredients. Drizzle over the warm cake when done!
