Florida Shrimp Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (12 oz)
  • ½ cup chive-and-onion cream cheese spread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 oz cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp (thawed and drained)
  • ½ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the frozen pie crust on a baking sheet to catch any spills.
  3. Spread the chive-and-onion cream cheese evenly on the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until fully combined.
  5. Stir in the shrimp and shredded pepper Jack cheese, mixing gently.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust, ensuring shrimp and cheese are evenly distributed.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
