Crock Pot French Onion Beef Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups French onion soup (canned or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese (optional, for topping)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic & onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape into 20-24 meatballs.
- (Optional) Brown meatballs in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side for extra flavor.
- Add meatballs to the Crock Pot and mix French onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
- (Optional) Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top in the last 10 minutes for a melty finish!
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta!
