Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
For the steak:
- 1 pound boneless, sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- For the shrimp:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo sauce:
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the pasta:
- 1 pound penne pasta
Instructions:
- Cook pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak and shrimp: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Season the steak and shrimp with the mixture.
- Cook steak: Grill or sauté the steak until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Cook shrimp: Sauté the shrimp until pink and cooked through.
- Make Alfredo sauce: In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
