Craving something sweet and comforting? These Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls are quick, easy, and oh-so-delicious! Soft, fluffy, and topped with a sweet glaze—perfect for breakfast or a cozy treat anytime!
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- ⅔ cup milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, and granulated sugar. Stir until the dough forms a soft ball. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more Bisquick mix.
- Roll Out the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently 5-7 times. Roll the dough into a 12×9-inch rectangle.
- Add the Filling: Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough.
- Roll and Slice: Starting from the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls and place them in the prepared pan.
- Bake: Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare the Glaze: While baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Glaze the Rolls: Once baked, let the rolls cool for about 5 minutes and drizzle with glaze.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy this sweet, soft, and irresistible treat!
- Tip: Enjoy warm for the best gooey experience!
