Snowy Bavarian Bliss Cake

Craving something sweet and indulgent? This Snowy Bavarian Bliss Cake is the perfect treat! With layers of moist cake, rich coconut-pecan frosting, and just the right amount of sweetness, it’s a dessert that will transport you straight to cake heaven!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Mix cake ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Pour into pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
  3. For the frosting: Melt butter, mix in sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks, and vanilla. Cook until golden brown, then stir in coconut & pecans.
  4. Frost your cake layers with the coconut-pecan goodness, assemble, and enjoy!
