Old-Fashioned Swiss Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp organic cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups or 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 stick (4 oz) butter
- 4 oz unsweetened melted baking chocolate
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Cream butter & sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
- Fold in melted chocolate.
- Mix in baking powder, soda, and salt.
- Stir in cornstarch, then alternate flour & milk.
- Add vanilla for extra flavor.
- Pour into greased pans and bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
